Paceboard is a running pace tracking application that allows users to log, track, and analyze their running workouts. Our service includes workout logging, pace calculations, progress tracking, and related features.
User Accounts
To use certain features of our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and complete information during registration
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Paceboard to:

Subscriptions and Payments
Paceboard offers both free and paid subscription plans. For paid subscriptions:
- Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy
Intellectual Property
The Paceboard service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Paceboard and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any workout data you submit to the service.
User Content
You retain ownership of the workout data and content you submit to Paceboard. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Paceboard is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Paceboard is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paceboard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
Changes to Terms
